本过滤器适用于油泵吸油口处滤除油液中的杂质，用以保护油泵及其他液压元件，有效地控制液压系统污染，提高液压系统清洁度。过滤器配有发讯器，旁通阀，自封阀，集污盅。具有通油能力大，阻力小等优点。其主要性能特点有： 1．过滤器可直接安装在油箱的侧面、底部和上部，简体伸入油箱的油液中。出油口设有螺纹和法兰连接方式，与油泵吸油口连接，管路简单，安装方便。 2．设有油路自封装置，清洗滤芯十分方便，当清洗或更换滤芯时下自封螺栓，安装在简体低部的自封阀便会自行关闭，切断油路，使油箱内油液不会外溢，当装配滤芯时，应特别注意装滤芯装入筒体内的定位槽，然后将顶杠插入自封阀定位孔座内，待检查装配位置正确无误后装上上盖，旋紧自封螺栓，此时自封阀自行开启，过滤器进入工作状态。 3．在过滤器出油口设有滤芯堵塞发讯器，具有直观和自动发讯两种功能。通过观察发讯器上的指示表，可以随时了解滤芯堵塞情况。当滤芯堵塞，出油口真空度达到0．03NP日时，发讯器便会发出讯号，此时应停机清洗或更换滤芯。 4．在滤芯上部设有旁通阀，当发讯器报警后不能立即处理故障，出油口真空度升至大于0．032HPa时，旁通阀便会自行开启，另开油路，以保护过滤器不受损坏，并避免油泵出现吸空现象，确保系统照常运行。 5．在滤芯中设有集污盅，在系统运行过程中，油液流经滤芯内腔时将其中超过滤芯过滤精度的污染物阻挡在滤芯内，并集中到集污盅里，当清洗或更换滤芯时，集污盅和滤芯一同带出，避免了已滤除的污染物因更换滤芯时重新掉进油箱中，从而保持了油液的清洁度。
